Though Kent A. Moffitt was born in Des Moines, Iowa, he has lived in the West Valley continuously since before his first birthday. In fact, his family traces its history in Arizona to the 1800s.

After working in the fields of education and technology, Mr. Moffitt graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in History. In 2008, he graduated with distinction as a member of Phoenix School of Law's first graduating class. Mr. Moffitt was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2008 and belongs to the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He became part of the team at Hastings and Hastings in 2009, and exclusively represents injury victims.

In his spare time, Mr. Moffitt enjoys relaxing with his wife and their six pets. He is also an avid Phoenix Suns fan and movie watcher.
