Norma Lebario received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1984. She attended Arizona State University College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1989.

Norma has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1990 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in Arizona.

Norma came to work with Hastings and Hastings in 1992. She was initially assigned to handle all cases in which the clients spoke Spanish only and worked out of the West Valley office from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, Norma was assigned to the litigation office and is currently handling pre-litigation and some litigation cases out of the Mesa office.
