Donald Crowell is a litigation attorney and has worked with Hastings & Hastings, P.C. since 2000. He currently works out of the Central Phoenix location. He was certified by the State Bar of Arizona in 1991 as a specialist in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is an Arizona native, and performed his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Crowell was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1976. He was also admitted in 1976 to practice in the United States Federal District Court of Arizona, and in 1977 was admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals Ninth (9th) Circuit. He has been selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer in personal injury. He is a sustaining member of the The Arizona Association for Justice.

Although he began his career defending insurance companies, he quickly switched and for the past 28 years has exclusively been representing victims injured by someone else's carelessness.

Mr. Crowell has successfully litigated over 500 cases involving automobile, truck, and motorcycle collisions, as well as wrongful death, professional negligence, and product liability throughout the State of Arizona. He has been successful in recovering millions of dollars for his clients and is an aggressive advocate for the rights of his clients.

He and his wife Robin have been married for over 30 years and have two children, who also graduated from the University of Arizona. His interests include snow skiing, weight training, movies, history, and politics.
